General Event Questions
Q:
When and where is the Yep Kanum Celebration taking place?
A:
The event will be held July 18–20, 2025 at Yep Kanum Park in Colville, Washington.
Q:
Is this the same event as Rendezvous Days?
A:
The Yep Kanum Celebration is a revival of the beloved Rendezvous Days event that many locals remember fondly. It carries on the tradition with new energy, while honoring its roots as a community-wide celebration.
Q:
Is there an entrance fee?
A:
Nope! The celebration is a free community event, open to everyone.
Q:
Is the event family-friendly?
A:
Yes! There will be live music, a youth baseball tournament, a kids carnival area, vendors, games, and other activities for all ages.
Q:
Will there be seating or should I bring my own chair?
A:
We recommend bringing your own camp chairs or picnic blankets to enjoy the entertainment comfortably.

What types of vendors are accepted?
A:
We welcome both Food Vendors and Marketplace Vendors (crafts, goods, services, etc.).

How much does it cost to be a vendor?
A:
Food Vendors:
10x10 booth – $150
20x10 booth – $290
Marketplace Vendors:
10x10 booth – $60
20x10 booth – $110

How do I apply?
A:
Visit the Vendors page and complete the online Vendor Application form or download and complete the Vendor Application PDF and email it to vendors@yepkanumcelebration.org.

What’s the deadline to apply?
A:
Applications must be submitted by May 1st.


Sponsorship Questions

How do I become a sponsor?
A:
Visit the Sponsors page to view sponsorship levels and benefits. Then complete the online Sponsorship Application or download the Sponsorship Agreement PDF and email the completed form to sponsors@yepkanumcelebration.org.

What are the sponsorship levels?
A:
We offer four tiers of sponsorship:

Diamond ($5,000+)

Platinum ($1,000–$4,999)

Can I get a receipt for my donation or sponsorship?
A:
Yes. Please let us know if you’d like a receipt or acknowledgment letter for your contribution.

Will my business be recognized?
A:
Absolutely! All sponsors are recognized on our website, event signage, and promotional materials, depending on your sponsorship level.


Donations and Volunteering

Can I make a small individual donation?
A:
Yes! Every contribution counts. You can donate directly on the Donations Page by selecting a giving amount.

Can I volunteer at the event?
A:
Yes! We’re always looking for extra help. Fill out the Contact Form and select “Volunteer Interest” to get started.
