Become a Vendor at the
Yep Kanum Celebration

We welcome both Food Vendors and Marketplace Vendors (crafts, goods, and services) to the Yep Kanum Celebration at Yep Kanum Park in Colville, Washington.

 

This community celebration is a great opportunity to showcase your products, connect with new customers, and be part of one of Colville’s signature summer events.

Before You Apply

All vendor applications are submitted online

Applications are reviewed and approved by event organizers

Booth placement is assigned by the event team

Vendor fees are non-refundable

The Yep Kanum Celebration is a rain-or-shine event

Vendor Booth Options:

Food
Vendors

For all food and beverage

related booths

10x10 Booth: $150 (full weekend)

20x10 Booth: $290 (full weekend)

Marketplace Vendors

For crafts, goods, services, and non-food vendors

10x10 Booth: $60 (full weekend)

20x10 Booth: $110 (full weekend)

Insurance & Compliance Overview

Food vendors are required to carry general liability insurance

Marketplace vendors may be required to carry insurance depending on products sold

All vendors are responsible for obtaining required permits and licenses

All vendors are required to review and agree to the Vendor Terms & Conditions as part of the application process.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

How the Vendor Application Process Works

Select the appropriate vendor type and complete the online application

2.

Applications are reviewed by the event team

3.

Approved vendors receive payment and next-step instructions

4.

Once payment and required documents are received, vendors are confirmed
