Food Vendor Application
This application is for all food and beverage vendors participating in the Yep Kanum Celebration.
Please complete all required fields. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.
All food vendors are required to carry general liability insurance.
Details are provided after approval.

Important Information & Instructions
Please read the following information carefully before completing the
Food Vendor Application for the Yep Kanum Celebration.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted for consideration
Application Deadline
All food vendor applications must be received no later than May 1, 2026.
Space is limited, and early application is strongly encouraged.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis,
with final vendor selections made by May 16, 2026.

Friday, July 17, 2026: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday, July 18, 2026: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday, July 19, 2026: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The celebration will continue RAIN OR SHINE.
No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations due to weather.
Application Review & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

You will be notified by email and phone
Final payment in full is required by May 31, 2026
Booth assignments, park guidelines, and parking information will be emailed approximately
two weeks prior to the event. A park map will be provided upon approval.
Electricity & Power Requirements
If your booth requires electrical power, you must specify your power needs at the time of application.
This information is required for coordination with the City of Colville as part of the permitting process.
Power availability is limited, and applications may be denied based on total power demand across all vendors.
Please ensure the information you provide is accurate.
Products for Sale
Only the products listed in this application will be approved for sale at the event.
Any changes to your menu or product offerings must be approved in advance.

Booth & Setup Details
Generators may not be used as a substitute for City-provided power unless approved.
Self-contained means you do not need a tent or external utilities.
IMPORTANT – Please specify your power requirements in Amps. Standard power plugs are provided by the City of Colville. If your equipment requires an adapter, you are responsible for supplying it. To ensure safety and reduce tripping hazards, all cords must be neatly routed from your booth to the provided power pedestals and must remain clear of all pedestrian walkways.
Food-Specific Requirements
PLEASE NOTE – Fire extinguishers are not provided by Yep Kanum Celebration OR the City of Colville. If a fire extinguisher is required for your operation, and by Fire Code, you are responsible to have it at your booth at all times during the event.

Insurance & Compliance Acknowledgment

I understand that Approved food vendors are required to provide a $1,000,000 Certificate of Insurance naming the Yep Kanum Celebration and the City of Colville, Washington as Additional Insureds.

I am responsible for obtaining all required state, county, and city permits and licenses, including applicable health department permits.

I will comply with all City Park rules, including no drugs, alcohol, or smoking in or around my booth, and no domestic animals in booth areas (service animals permitted).

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Yep Kanum Celebration from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation.

I grant permission for the Yep Kanum Celebration to use my name, business name, photographs, or video for promotional purposes without compensation.

I will follow all event and City of Colville parking requirements.
