Yep Kanum Celebration
Marketplace Vendor Application
This application is for marketplace vendors participating in the Yep Kanum Celebration. Marketplace vendors include artisans, makers, crafters, nonprofits, and retail sellers offering non-food products. Please complete this application in full.
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.
Some marketplace vendors may be required to carry general liability insurance depending on the products sold. This may include, but is not limited to, items such as sharp tools or blades, handmade or cosmetic products (including soaps, lotions, or similar body products), candles, or other items that could pose a potential safety or liability risk. Insurance requirements will be determined during the review process.
Marketplace Vendor Agreement – Please Read Carefully
You may be required to obtain a $1,000,000 General Liability Certificate of Insurance once your application has been approved, depending on the products you intend to sell.
Do not obtain a Certificate of Insurance unless and until your application has been approved and you are notified that insurance is required.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permits and licenses required by the state, county, and city applicable to the sale of their products.
All vendors must comply with City of Colville park rules at all times.
There are no drugs, alcohol, or smoking permitted in or around vendor booths.
Domestic animals are not permitted in booth areas. Service animals are allowed.

Marketplace Vendor Application for the Yep Kanum Celebration.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted for consideration
Application Deadline
All marketplace vendor applications must be received no later than May 1, 2026.
Space is limited, and early application is strongly encouraged.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis,
with final vendor selections made by May 16, 2026.

Friday, July 17, 2026: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday, July 18, 2026: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday, July 19, 2026: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The celebration will continue RAIN OR SHINE.
No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations due to weather.
Application Review & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

You will be notified by email and phone
Final payment in full is required by May 31, 2026
Booth assignments, park guidelines, and parking information will be emailed approximately
two weeks prior to the event. A park map will be provided upon approval.
Electricity & Power Requirements
If your booth requires electrical power, you must specify your power needs at the time of application.
This information is required for coordination with the City of Colville as part of the permitting process.
Power availability is limited, and applications may be denied based on total power demand across all vendors.
Please ensure the information you provide is accurate.
Products for Sale
Only the products listed in this application will be approved for sale at the event.
Any changes to your display or product offerings must be approved in advance.

Vendor Identity
Booth & Setup Details
Generators may not be used as a substitute for City-provided power unless approved.
Self-contained means you do not need a tent or external utilities.
IMPORTANT: Power is provided by the City of Colville. If your equipment requires an adapter, you are responsible for supplying it. All cords must be safely routed and must not obstruct walkways.
Marketplace Vendor Details
Please include a brief description of your booth setup or product display.
Please clearly state if any of your products are sharp, bladed, breakable, cosmetic (including soaps, lotions, or similar body products), or otherwise potentially hazardous.
Insurance & Compliance Acknowledgment

I will comply with all City of Colville park rules, including no drugs, alcohol, or smoking in or around my booth, and no domestic animals in booth areas (service animals permitted).

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Yep Kanum Celebration from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation.

I grant permission for the Yep Kanum Celebration to use my name, business name, photographs, or video for promotional purposes without compensation.
